If you have not done it yet, try the demo for yourself. It has Zen like feel to it.. I beat this game... and have almost no recollection of it. I don't recall disliking it per se, but my almost complete lack of memory of it is not a good sign. There's just SO MANY INDIE PLATFORMERS out there. I'm tired of them. I have almost no interest in platformers anymore.. Very good game.. short and sweet. Not much of a story, but quite atmospheric with good music. Puzzles aren't too difficult and the game wasn't too challenging (may be a good or bad thing depending on what you prefer). Good game physics. Visuals are very "spartan" :) Good game overall, definitely worth it. I got it on sale, so got more than my money's worth.. Beautiful art style combined with tried-and-true platforming mechanics.. This is an excellent game, it's currently at $3.00 and totally worth it.. NyxQuest is a basic puzzle platformer where you fly/glide a pixie across Greek lands on a quest to find Icarus. You get a few very simplistic powers like lightning. wind control, and the ability to move certain objects. There is a story, but it wasn't worth remembering. The music was the highlight of the game. There wasn't much else to really get excited about and I expected a little more. I'd say it's an okay dollar menu game, but you wouldn't be missing much by skipping it.Note: I was not able to get the game working with early Soundblaster Audigy cards which caused immediate blue screens upon clicking any menu option. More modern Soundblaster cards seem to work fine.. Very nice cheap game, thumbup.. Fun but tedious game that has an arcade feel to it. I love the Greecian theme and the story itself but found it a bit difficult to keep going back to and finihshing. I'm a bit on the fence because it was good and fun but nothing wow worthy.
